Digital Products Digital purchases (e-books and downloadable guides) are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping is required. Please check your inbox — including your spam/junk folder — immediately after purchase.

Physical Products (The Toolkit — Binder) Physical binder toolkits are shipped via USPS within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Consultations & Workshop Access Strategy audit consultations and workshop access are delivered digitally via email with scheduling instructions. No physical shipping is involved.
